Hi, I’m Dorota Kosiorek, I'm a certified brain coach and I help (ex)consultants like you break free from the corporate golden cage to build a meaningful, balanced, and fulfilling life—without sacrificing your ambition or success.

After spending around a decade in the consulting world, I know what it feels like to chase the next milestone, climb the corporate ladder, and still feel like something’s missing. I excelled as a top performer, thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure environments—but deep down, I knew there was more to life than client calls, packed schedules, and PowerPoint slides.

When I finally took the leap to leave my corporate career, I didn’t just want to “escape.” I wanted to create a life that I was genuinely excited about—a life where I could achieve big goals while staying true to my passions, values, and well-being. That’s how Life Creators was born.
