So a bit about Creed's business outlook: Creed is part of Kering (acquired for $3.83 bn, per Financial Times, in June 2023), a French-based multinational corporation specializing in luxury goods. Kering also owns Gucci, Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Yves Saint Laurent and Alexander McQueen brands. House of Creed was a family-owned business until February 2020, when private equity group Black Rock acquired majority stakes of the company.
