Agreement to Terms
By using the services provided by MM Consulting Michal Maj ("the Company", “Life Creators Club”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Company's services.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided by the Company, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of the Company and is protected by Polish and international copyright laws.
Use of Services
The services provided by the Company are intended for personal and non-commercial use. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the services without the express written permission of the Company.
User Accounts
In order to access certain services provided by the Company, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Purchases and payment
Payments for our services are made via Stripe (for more information on Stripe payments please visit https://stripe.com) and typically include the following forms of payment (i) Visa, (ii) Mastercard, (iii) ApplePay, (iv) GooglePay, (v) PayPal or any other form as powered by Stripe.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made from the Company. You further agree to provide all necessary data to complete and execute the payment as required by Stripe. Sales tax or a Value Added Tax (if applicable) will be added to the price of purchases if deemed required by us.
All payments shall be in Euros. If your order is subject to recurring charges, then you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel the applicable order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
Refunds, Cancellations, etc.
Refund policy — If you are not happy with your product, refunds are issued up to 3 days after purchase. To get a refund, simply email dorota@life-creators.club with your request.
Refunds Delivery policy — Refunds take 7-10 business days to process.
Return policy – we want everyone to find the most value out of the services we provide. If you don’t find what you are looking for, you can request a refund up to 3 days after purchasing. Return policy excludes meetings and coaching sessions that already took place.
Cancellation policy — Customers may cancel at any time through their member portal which is available with their purchase. Refunds after subscription renewal are not provided.
Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services provided. In no event shall the Company's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the services after any modifications to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those modifications.
